Job Opportunities

We are looking for people who have experience in pool construction, hardscaping, and outdoor living projects for our 2025 season.

Having knowledge in excavation, plumbing, electrical work and finishing is an asset. Very strong assets would be if you have expertise in the residential and or commercial pool/hardscape installations.

EXCAVATION
• The candidate would be qualified for pool installations, excavation, and site prep, assessing site conditions and grading, operate heavy equipment for digging, backfilling, filling trucks, ensuring all drainage solutions.

STRUCTURAL WORK – PLUMBING
• Properly setting up skimmers, drains, and return lines.
• PVC plumbing, pressure testing, and leak prevention.

ELECTRICAL & EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION
• Wiring for pools pumps, heaters, lights, and control panels.
• Installing variable-speed pumps, automation systems and saltwater generators.
• Ensuring all work meets the local codes and safety standards.

POOL DECKING
• Installing tiling, pool coping.
• Installing pavers, stamped concrete, and natural stone around pools.

HARDSCAPE – OUTDOOR LIVING SKILLS
• Designing and installing paver patios, retaining walls and outdoor kitchens.
• Working with natural stone, concrete, and wood elements.
• Ensuring proper drainage and grading in landscape construction.
• Coordinating materials and labor for efficient job site management.

PROJECT & TEAM MANAGEMENT
• Managing subcontractors and labor crews.
• Coordinating with clients, designers, and inspectors.
• Ensuring projects are completed on a timely manner and within budget.
• Resolving on-site challenges efficiently.

We have a newer dump truck in the 5500 duramax range, experience with hauling a float and weight in the back of the truck is also an advantage. A-Retrcted license would be required (not necessary for hire it can be done upon hiring).
